John M. McManus is Legal and Administrative Director and Secretary of MGM Resorts International. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company`s legal affairs as well as government affairs, corporate communications, corporate security, risk management and compliance. Mr. McManus works closely with the Company`s senior management and Board of Directors. He joined MGM in 2001 and has consulted with the parent company and its operating subsidiaries in various capacities during his tenure. Freeman began his legal career as a commercial finance and real estate partner at Goldberg, Kohn, Bell, Black, Rosenbloom & Moritz, Ltd. in Chicago. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and a J.D.

from UCLA Law School. As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM), Lesley Freeman is a key member of the team responsible for leading MGM`s significant business and financial transactions, including the studio`s full acquisition of premium pay TV network EPIX; the closure of MGM`s $2.6 billion corporate credit facilities; the expansion of MGM`s television division with the acquisitions of Evolution Media and Big Fish Entertainment, two of today`s most innovative producers of unscripted television content; the revival of Orion Pictures, the famous film label founded in the early 1980s and now focusing exclusively on underrepresented voices and inclusive storytelling in film; MGM`s return to theatrical distribution in the United States by United Artists Releasing, a joint venture with Annapurna Pictures; and the relaunch of American International Pictures (AIP). Corey Sanders is Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International. He oversees the company`s properties in Las Vegas and the region, as well as several divisions of the company, including hospitality, gaming, design and construction, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining MGM, Freeman spent nearly a decade at Home Box Office, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, where she was responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to film programming, home entertainment/digital program distribution and national joint ventures/strategic investments and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Freeman served as Senior Counsel in the entertainment, sports and media practice at O`Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles, where she represented major studios, independent production companies, television stations and financial institutions in the entertainment industry. Gary Fritz is President of MGM Resorts International Interactive and will be responsible for evaluating and leading all digital gaming strategic initiatives worldwide to leverage the intersection of the digital and gaming spheres, including broadcast and all digital channels.

In addition to acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and President, he will also serve on the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors of BetMGM, PlayStudios and LeoVegas.
